Necessarily subjective, but considered as good as - or better than - any other way of comparing horses.
It rates Arkle as  stone and a half better than Mill House - which is tied with Kauto Star in third best &#039;chaser of all time.  Second - two pounds only below Arkle - is Flyingbolt.
