The Abu Dhabi Irish 2000 Guineas will be run tomorrow (Saturday) at the Curragh. Based on the form in the Newmarket 2000 Guineas three weeks ago, Canford Cliffs (pictured) should come home in front. He was 3rd behind Makfi, Xtension was 4th and Fencing Master was 7th. The Aidan O’Brien horses’ all seem to improve after their first run. Steinbeck from his yard has not had a run this season yet so it is interesting to see that  Johnny Murtagh has elected to ride him. Fencing Master looks like the each way value to improve on his Newmarket run.
