The loss of the 4 Day York Festival is a great shame but at least the majority of the Group races have been saved with now Newmarket, Newbury and Goodwood benefiting from York’s loss. Lush Lashes now goes in the Yorkshire Oaks earlier in the afternoon on going that should also suit her. Newbury stages the replacement for the Ebor on Friday. Ajaan and Wing Collar will be carrying the bloggers money in this race.

Newmarket will be staging the Juddmonte International Stakes on Saturday. New Approach still looks the one to be on. This will be the race of the day. Goodwood stages its own Group 2 Celebration Mile worth £100,000.00 on Saturday. Ravens Pass has run some terrific races behind Henrythenavigator this season and should win this.
